Questions firms ask
Can a small broker-dealer really outsource its FINOP?
Yes. Many introducing and non-carrying firms don't need a full-time Series 27 or 28 principal. We serve as your FINOP on a part-time basis, handling net capital, FOCUS reports, year-end schedules and auditor coordination for a predictable monthly fee.
Do you help with the annual audit?
Yes. We prepare the year-end schedules, answer the auditor's requests and work alongside your independent auditor so the annual audited reports are filed on time.
Can you also be our auditor?
No. Where we provide FINOP or bookkeeping services, auditor-independence rules mean your annual audit is performed by a separate firm. We coordinate with them.
