RND Resources, Inc. ("RND", "we", "us") operates compliance.cpa. This notice explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Client engagements are governed by the terms of each engagement letter.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the "Request a proposal" form, we receive your name, firm, email address, phone number, firm type, the services you select, and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
• Website usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, and the site that referred you. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this.
• Heatmaps and session replays. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors scroll, click and move through our pages, so we can improve the site. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies and records page interactions in a form that masks text you type into fields. Learn how Microsoft uses this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Scheduling. If you book a call, you choose a time on a scheduling page hosted by Calendly, which receives the name, email and any details you enter.
• Payments. If you pay an invoice online, you pay on a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe. Card and bank account details go directly to Stripe. We do not see or store them. We receive a payment confirmation showing your name, email, amount and invoice reference.
• Client documents. The client portal uses Google Drive folders that we share only with the people each client names. Documents stored there are handled under our engagement terms and Google's security controls.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare proposals.
• To provide and bill for services you engage us for.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
• To meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use website data to make automated decisions about you.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf:

• Netlify, which hosts the website.
• FormSubmit, which delivers contact-form messages to our email.
• Google, for Google Analytics, email and Google Drive.
• Microsoft, for Microsoft Clarity.
• Calendly, for scheduling calls.
• Stripe, for payment processing.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation or legal process.

Cookies and your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law and professional standards. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on client folders. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and financial professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
